Exchange and Return

A buyer can exchange or return a purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the item hasn’t been used and all tags, labels, markings, and original packaging are intact.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS IN GOOD CONDITION

Returns and exchanges of products in good condition are possible if:

  • No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the order;
  • Payment confirmation and delivery information from Nova Poshta’s account are available;
  • A receipt (fiscal check) is available;
  • The product has retained its original condition (no stains, odors, signs of use, etc.);
  • The item hasn’t been used in any form (including for photo/video shoots);
  • The product retains its label, sticker, tag, marking, etc., and none of these labels or stickers have been removed (torn or cut) from the product or packaging, and they must be kept in their original condition;
  • The product has not been washed or dry-cleaned; and
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

If any of these conditions are not met, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Such an item will be returned to the Buyer without a refund.

If the buyer wishes to return a product in good condition, they must:

  • Contact us via email at hello.homeyhunter@gmail.com with a signed return request in any format, including receipts confirming payment;
  • Send the product along with the original signed request via Nova Poshta. Shipping details will be provided by our manager after the buyer contacts us;
  • Provide the tracking number from the Nova Poshta shipping invoice.

Exchanges are only possible for products of equal value.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS IN POOR CONDITION

If a significant defect is found in the product, please contact us at hello.homeyhunter@gmail.com or via Telegram at +380662861897. In cases of significant defects, the return of the product is handled by Nova Poshta, and the Seller covers the shipping costs related to the return of the defective product.

REFUNDS

Once the product is received and inspected for compliance with the conditions above, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Returns and exchanges are available throughout Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily occupied territories, and active combat zones.
